OFCCP Audit-Related Webpages Reactivated
Recently, many federal government websites, including several Department of Labor (DOL) pages, have undergone significant changes. In February, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website featured only a landing page referencing Executive Order 14173 from January 21, 2025, titled “Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity.” Early this week, DCI observed a number of webpages on OFCCP’s site coming back online. Though not accessible from the existing OFCCP home page, many direct links that once only resulted in “Page Not Found” errors have come back online. For example: Corporate Scheduling Announcement Lists (CSAL), their FAQs, and methodologies are available as of Friday, March 14, 2025. Conciliation Agreements resurfaced as well, though no additional conciliation agreements have been posted since President Trump’s inauguration on January 20, 2025.
