California Appellate Court Clarifies Whistleblower Protections in Equal Pay Act Case

Green Thumb Produce, Inc. , reversing a trial court’s grant of judgment notwithstanding the verdict (JNOV) in favor of the employer defendant in a whistleblower retaliation and wrongful termination case .
