Webinar: Americans with Disabilities Act Title II Web & Mobile Application Accessibility Rule

  In April 2024, the Department of Justice published a rule updating its regulations for Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The rule sets technical requirements for state and local governments to follow to make sure that their websites and mobile apps are accessible to people with disabilities. This webinar provides a summary of the rule. The summary is designed to provide introductory information about the rule’s requirements. We’ve heard that it would be helpful to have a recorded webinar about the ADA Title II rule on web and mobile app accessibility that members of the public can watch for free online at their convenience.
