Pay Transparency for Federal Contractors

 OMB approved proposal on January 11, 2024, which means that the FAR Council may publish the proposed rule.  The rule is anticipated to be published in the Federal Register February 2024.

 

If approved and finalized, would implement President Bidens Executive Order 14069 which aims to eliminate discriminatory pay practices affecting the federal workforce and procurement of property and services by the federal government
