On April 15, 2024, the Employee Benefits Security Administration is proposing to collect information from plan administrators on a voluntary basis. This information will be used to create an online search tool that will help workers locate lost retirement savings they have earned.
This proposed notice can be found on the Federal Register---written comments on the proposal should be submitted on or before June 17, 2024.
